What is the best brand of conditioner and shampoo for dry hair that is less than $4 a bottle?

Sunsilk – Used for a while..now dries my hair out terribly.
Suave products – Are as bad as people say…Dried out my hair!
Garnier Fructis – Leaves build-up!
Herbal Essence (new kind) – Dries out my hair pretty bad.
What about Dove? Or Pantene Pro-V?
Give me advice because I am sick of buying bottles (which ultimately suck) and having them pile up sinceI stop using them. Thanks!
