Nu Skin Enterprises directors to sell 4.5M shares
Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. said a group of shareholders will sell 4.5 million Class A shares at $27 per share. The company, which sells anti-aging skin-care products and nutritional supplements, will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
