Mi Beauty Policies
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so you can check in and enjoy our relaxation area. A late arrival means a shortened treatment time and nobody wants that.
- First-time clients please arrive 20-30 minutes before your appointment time so you can fill out our questionaire and have time to enjoy our relaxation area.
- All appointments must be secured with a verifiable credit card in order to hold
and guarantee your reservation.
- Therapists can accept gratuities in cash or by personal check but we cannot add
a gratuity to your credit card.
- We cannot issue refunds for any promotions of a treatment Series or SPA Membership after they have been purchased. Benefits and treatments cannot be transferred and must be used by the purchaser. Treatment series and Spa Memberships are valid for one year after purchase.
- Gift Certificates are available for services only, and not redeemable if lost or stolen.
Cancelation policy
- If you need to reschedule/cancel your treatment(S), please do so well in advance out of respect for our therapists and other clients.
- 48 Hour Notice is highly appreciated.
- Less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of you reserved service (change on your next visit).
- Prior to your appointment, we send a reminder email, and we call the phone number you provide. To avoid losing on your appointment you must reconfirm either by email or by phone.
- Late cancellations, arrivals of more than 20 minutes late and no-shows will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost.
- Sixteen (16) years old is the minimum age requirement for all body services. Please note that we do not have the facilities to acommodate children under the age of 15 or pets.
