What are the best facial wipes for acne prone skin?

I’m going on a Mexico missions trip in a few months and we can’t shower or wash our faces with soap and water for a week. I tend to break out horribly if I can’t wash my face (cystic acne, blackheads, whiteheads, you name it) So I was wondering what would be the best facial wipes that can remove all the dust and dirt and keep my skin clear?

You break out with acne because you wash it too often and are training your skin to react to the slightest difference. You are also removing the sebum that is the layer of oil on your skin. Its there to protect your skin, so now that you dont have much sebum and keep washing it off, any bit of dirt will cause you lots of acne that wouldn’t happen if you had the natural sebum layer to protect yourself. You should wash your face, but dont scrub it and dont wipe it. Just rinse it gently with water. Get some bottled water and rinse it. And pat your face dry, dont rub it dry.
