styling gel?

i just got my hair done saturday and the sylist used styling gel. its still holding and its really hard. i want to know how remove it or is there something i can do ?

if you just got your hair cut- you can just have a shower and wash your hair with any shampoo and conditioner and it’ll come right out! but if you mean you got it curled or something, the styling gel just has to stay in until you want your style finished- the styling gel will eventually wear off but yeah, the best way is to just wash your hair, so that it’s all clean! good luck!
